Everyone love challenges, everyone lives everyday hoping to see the better in them , there are dreams,aspirations, hopes and imaginations for all of us. Yet in many of us in some part of our lives we do not see the progress that we might be expecting. Surely this itself is a testimony of the fact that our career graph is always not the same. Sometimes we are in the upside undergoing a steep learning curve, sometimes we are just maintaining status quo - steady state and sometime it is on the downhill side , where there is no change rather a deterioration on the service or relationship.
Perhaps there is no formidable answer yet when the career is going better or going downhill, more importantly most of us do not know what steps need to be taken to make this Career in the right track.
